Meet Lamya

Lamya is a Life Coach, Yoga & Meditation teacher, Healer and Cosmic channel. She hosts both offline and online programs, retreats and also runs her Luminous Life LIVE group sessions twice a month.

One-on-one coaching and healing sessions with Lamya are driven by the idea that lasting change & soul evolution often happens when healing is looked upon holistically. She creates practices and tools to overcome unresolved emotional blocks that inhibit individuals’ from living their Highest Potential.

She also curates and conducts corporate workshops with the intention of bringing mindfulness and emotional empowerment into corporate settings.

Lamya has been teaching dynamic vinyasa flow yoga, alignment inspired hatha yoga and meditation for the past ten years. She co-founded The Yoga House, Mumbai (a yoga studio & café) and ran the brand for 6 years.

As a Lightworker and Earth warrior, it is Lamya’s endeavor to create a safe space for healing, soul growth and a joyful life!
